Owned product direction, architecture, digital judging and scoring apps, live results, data architecture, and CI/CD. Contract, hybrid, Athens. Led a team of senior developers.

Shipped judging, scoring, and live-display products used in competition, plus media tools (EGO Live Scores, results/diploma printouts, Event Manager).
